How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Germany for our “accessories” products usually takes 2-4 working days.

What sizes are available?

Each product has its own sizes, but the standard sizes of the CHOB Series collections are:

XS (300x200x15mm)

S (350x250x35mm)

M (455x330x50mm)

L (525x380x65mm)

The exact size selection for each product can be viewed and selected on the respective product page.

Is there a guarantee on the cutting boards?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by improper handling or normal wear and tear is excluded.

Which cutting boards do you offer?

The CHOB Series collection is our core line and includes everything from end-grain to full-grain boards in various sizes. We also offer additional collections that go far beyond normal cooking and cutting.

Can I return my cutting board?

Yes, you can return your cutting board within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service to begin the return process.

Do you offer custom orders?
